Louise’s death: strong emotion and extreme right recovery
The 11-year-old college girl who disappeared on Friday afternoon was found dead on the night of February 7 to 8, in a wood near her school. A drama instrumentalized in certain far -right media and on social networks.
According to a press release from GrĂ©goire Dulin, the public prosecutor of Évry (Essonne), the autopsy noted “very numerous wounds committed with a sharp object in the vital parts”. The Évry prosecution announced the opening of an investigation “for murder on a minor”, entrusted to the organized and specialized crime department of Yvelines and the National Directorate of the Judicial Police. A couple in his twenties has since been placed in police custody, then released, at this stage without prosecution.
In Épinay-sur-Orge, as in the whole country, emotion is lively. Flowers and candles were placed at the entrance to the college, in memory of the child and in support of his family. A hundred people also attended a mass, given in his memory, while many others gathered on the forecourt. Olivier Marchau, the mayor (without label) of Épinay-sur-Orge, who was present for this “moment of meditation”, announced the establishment of “psychological cells” for the inhabitants and in the establishment of Louise.
Faced with these respectful manifestations, an odious instrumentalization is however at work.
