Public investigators were searching Engonga’s computer in the course of an investigation into alleged corruption and embezzlement of public funds when they found up to 400 sex videos of him and wives of civil authorities. and military and famous women having unprotected sex, local media reported.

Engonga was dismissed last October 25 and is in custody for these crimes. However, he will now have to answer for the videos.

Crime against public health

In the wake of this scandal, Mangue has announced that government offices will soon be equipped with surveillance cameras “to root out misconduct and illicit behavior.” and that “anyone caught engaging in any kind of sexual activity in an office will be fired”. In this regard, Nguema Obiang, son of the country’s president, Teodoro Obiang Nguema, has directly announced that sex is forbidden in government facilities.

“It is about married women participating and recording themselves in acts that are denigrating their reputation and dignity. In our position of government, we cannot continue to watch families fall apart without taking any action,” the vice president added on his social networks.

In addition, according to the attorney general, Anatolio Nzang Nguema, it is now being investigated “if the man deliberately used these relationships to propagate a possible disease. among the population,” for which he could also be charged with a public health offense. It is also unclear whether the sexual activities with the women were consensual or whether any of them had filed formal complaints against him.
